About Me
I qualified as a counsellor in 2007. I have previously worked in the NHS, with MIND (the mental health charity) and at a further education college. I am now solely committed to my private practice. I have experience working with varying individual needs, wide ranging age groups (18 years +) and differing social and cultural backgrounds.

- MA (Hons) Psychology
- Certificate in Counselling
- Diploma in Counselling
- EMDR Europe Accredited Training (full 4-part completed)
Continuing Professional Development
I regularly attend workshops and seminars to continue broadening my knowledge and skills.

I am a Registered and Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work within their Ethical Framework.
I am also an EMDR Europe Accredited Practitioner and EMDR Association Member and abide by their Code of Conduct.
